Delivery Speed
DHL > UPS > EMS
- All deliveries may be delayed due to the courier's circumstances.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange/return due to customer change of mind is possible within 14 days of receiving the product.
- In the case of returns due to customer attribution, the round-trip shipping fee is borne by the customer.
- If the return deadline has passed, products with damage to the product and package or traces of use cannot be exchanged/returned.
